I. PURPOSE:
- To ensure consumer rights
- To improve after-sales service quality, A&T has established a return/exchange policy with the most favorable terms for customers, ensuring that the after-sales service of A&T Label is of the highest quality.
- We are always ready to receive all feedback.
II. PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- The product does not match the information on the website.
- The product does not conform to the specifications and quality as agreed upon by A&T Label and the customer.
- The product has defects caused by the manufacturing process of A&T Label.
- The product is damaged during transportation.
III. CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Products can be returned/exchanged within 10 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- The product must be unused.
- We do not accept returns for products that are not defective or for reasons stemming from the customer.
- We will cover the shipping cost for exchanged products if the customer can prove the defect is caused by A&T Label.
IV. RETURN/EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCESS
- Step 1: The customer contacts us about the product’s condition within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt.
- Step 2: We will inspect the product and confirm whether it is eligible for warranty or not.
- Step 3: After receiving, checking, and approving the warranty, we will contact the customer to issue a refund or reproduce 100% of the order in the shortest possible time.
