• If not, we can support free design services.

Production time

• Calculated from the moment you Confirm the order + Make a deposit.
• Excludes delivery time (depends on the shipping provider).

• Value-added tax (10% VAT)
• Tooling fees (if any)

2. Notes on print files & products

• A&T Label encourages you to use the Pantone (PMS) color system for design
• A&T Label accepts design files exported from Adobe Illustrator (Ai), Photoshop (Psd), and Corel (Cdr). See export guidelines here.
• File formats such as psd, tiff, jpg, png… must have a resolution of 300dpi for images and 400dpi for text

3. Payment & printing

• To process your order, please deposit 50% of the printing cost and 100% of the design fee (if you request a separate design file from A&T Label)
• If your file cannot be printed or violates the initial agreement, A&T Label will refund your deposit
• Please check content, color, and print file size before confirming the design; A&T Label is responsible for producing according to your confirmed content
• A&T Label is not responsible for errors in approved files
• Printing time starts from when you confirm the print file and place the production deposit
• After production, A&T Label will notify you to send the delivery address for shipment

4. Delivery & returns

• Delivery time is calculated from when the order is finished
• For addresses outside Ho Chi Minh City, delivery time depends on third-party shipping providers
• If the product is defective due to printing techniques or does not meet order requirements, please contact A&T Label within 5 days of receipt for support
• A&T Label is responsible for exchanging defective products but does not accept product refunds in cash
• A&T Label does not accept returns if products have been used or for personal customer reasons
